FOLLOW THE STEPS:
1.First download "UNIVERSAL GB ROOT" APK
2.Save this file to your root directory of sd card(not in any folder)
3.Open the settings>applications>development and enable usb debugging mode(this is necessary)
4.Then go back to home screen
5.shut down your phone
6.Then keep pressing the volume up key,power button and home button simultaneouly
7.this will get you in recovery mode
8.after entering in recovery mode only volume up,volume down and home button will work(a)volume up and down for scrolling
(b) home button for enter
9.then by scrolling down press"apply update fron sd card"
10.then you will enter in sd card's root directory
11.there you see "update.zip"file,select this file
12.you will see some processing then after some time your phone will get rebooted
now you got you got your phone rooted
